中部槽板需要承載著礦石或煤炭從礦坑底部運(yùn)到地面,所以槽板和幫板的焊接必須牢固且耐沖擊。我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)并制造了雙排火焰加熱平臺(tái),專門針對(duì)中部槽的槽板和幫板焊前預(yù)熱。直排多火口加熱炬的方向可以調(diào)節(jié),兩排加熱炬之間的距離可以調(diào)節(jié),完美地滿足了不同尺寸中部槽焊接的要求。多火口交叉排布,使火焰有效覆蓋在焊縫兩邊,保證焊縫及周圍受熱均勻,防止焊接過程中氫致裂紋產(chǎn)生,保證焊接工藝的實(shí)施,也就保證了焊接質(zhì)量。加熱平臺(tái)配備了PLC操控系統(tǒng),可以由操作人員一鍵啟動(dòng),也可與自動(dòng)焊接生產(chǎn)線匹配使用。
The middle groove plates need to carry ore or coal from the pit bottom to the ground, so the welding of the groove plates and the edge plates must be strong and impact resistant. We design and manufacture a double-row flame heating platform specifically for preheating the grooved and edge plates. The direction of the inline multi-nozzle heating torch can be adjusted, and the distance between the two rows can be adjusted, which perfectly meets the requirements of middle groove welding with different sizes. Multi-nozzle cross-arrangement can have the flame effectively covering both sides of the welding seam, to ensure that the welding seam and its surroundings are evenly heated up, to prevent hydrogen cracks, to ensure the implementation of the welding process, and to ensure the quality of welding. The heating platform is equipped with a PLC control system, which supports one click on. This system also could be used in conjunction with the automatic welding production line.
